Assessment method
Projects will be assessed by a panel of esteemed jury members from the four challenge sectors, according to the following criteria:
- Technical Depth
- Team
- Growth Potential
- Feasibility of Business Model
- Differentiation & Impact of Value proposition
- Relevance to Seagate Lyve Cloud
Results announcement
The Top 40 Startups will be selected to progress to the Deepening Phase.
The results will be released on September 2.

The 40 shortlisted Startups will need to submit a 2-minute video introducing their business, elevator pitch style!

The top 8 Startups will be selected for the Lyve Innovator of the Year Finals.
The results will be announced on 23 September 2022.
Preparation with the Finalists | September 24 - October 7 2022
Pitching Assistance
Finalists will receive one-on-one coaching and undergo a story telling and pitching workshop from professionals in the corporate and entrepreneurial world to build effective pitching skills!
Mentorship
8 startups, under the guidance of accomplished industry players, will receive insightful feedback to refine their business model and product market fit to deliver an impactful presentation!

Pitching Event
The Top 8 Startups shortlisted will pitch LIVE in Singapore to an esteemed group of panelists consisting of top Seagate executives and industry leaders. Each startup will pitch for 5min, followed by a 5min Q&A session with the judges.
Finalists will also receive media exposure, pitch assistance, and networking opportunities with Seagate executives and members of the ecosystem as part of the journey towards the final physical event.

Result Announcement
The results will be announced at the end of the Final event and the Grand Winner will be fast-tracked to the SLINGSHOT 2022 Top 50 Global Startups.
